They upgraded us straight away and our room was very comfortable and near the pool. This is great for cooling off after walking in the heat and the games room with ping pong, chess, table football etc is a good addition. Clint was very helpful and we booked an early morning river cruise which I would recommend . The food at breakfast and dinner was very good too.

Clint went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. He was super helpful in guiding us in what to see in Kerala & changing our itinerary. Staff are very friendly especially Clint and Hima. 5 minute walk to beach.

We spent 3 nights in Alleppey haven beach villa. From the moment we arrived to our departure, we were made to feel very welcome. Alina on reception (hope i have the right name) and the manager Clint were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble (ordering autos etc), always a smile and a chat. Also enjoyed the pool, although it could do with a little more shade which Clint promised was on its way.

Lovely clean room with good shower and lovely staff. Staff were very accommodating and made us a lovely dinner as we arrived quite late.
