The premise was located in a quiet part of town and the space was spacious, clean and nice. It had recommendations for activities in the area, a nice pool and a dining space. Amenities in the room were minimal however!

Quiet location, very quiet and private. Not a lot of other guests and basically empty pool in July. Paddle court next to the hotel, however almost always busy. Very limited breakfast but covers all the bases.

we stayed at Utopia for 3 nights. It was a pleasant stay, with good breakfast, and nice swimmingpool area. The location was also ok for our daily excersions to the south part.
