Clean and quite new property in the heart of the old street and close to ferry & bus transport - very convenient. Good sized room with windows and glimpses of the lake. Very friendly & helpful staff.

It really is a great hotel — we loved our stay. The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of the shopping district: the moment you step outside, you're surrounded by food stalls and restaurants (in a Taiwanese night market style). I especially appreciated the attention to detail, such as the complex light settings in the room, the laundry basket thoughtfully placed in the bathroom, the WiFi password stickers (so you don’t have to get up to check it), the local Assam black tea bags, and the beautifully presented breakfast. The bathroom feels larger than the room itself and features a large hot spring tub that's perfect for soaking and relaxing. There is car parking available, but it's about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, as the area directly in front of the hotel is not accessible by car.

This guesthouse in Ita Thao, Sun Moon Lake, truly exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the host was incredibly warm and welcoming. A comfortable and pleasant stay—we would definitely come back!
