Apartment Overview

Just 50 metres from Alyki Beach, the family-run Eleni features self-catered accommodation with patio or terrace and views of the garden or side views of the Aegean Sea. The owners’ restaurant serving fresh fish is right next to the property.
A kitchenette with fridge and cooking facilities is provided in all accommodation types in Eleni Studios. Each has a TV. Some units feature a separate bedroom.
The family owns a traditional restaurant right in front of the property and guests can find them there throughout the day for any requests.
Beaches such as Aliki's beach, Agios Nikolaos and Faragas can be found nearby. Free private parking is available based on availability.

We had a lovely stay at Helen's Minimal Studios. We booked a family studio mainly for the view! The apartment had everything you need for cooking. Aliki is such a great spot in Paros even though it's about 17kms away from Parikia. The beach just around the corner was good. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. We loved that it was an authentic Greek fishing village.

Amazing property, good value for money. Only walking distance to two beaches, a small supermarket and lots of good restaurants. Cooking facilities and a fridge/freezer in the room, a big shower and comfortable bed. Good air con and overall a lovely property. Nice and quiet with ample parking and easy to contact staff. The room is cleaned thoroughly every day which was so kind. We had an amazing stay!

The apartment is beautiful, very new and comfortable, with a nice and big varanda, with a small sea view which was lovely. It super clean and even better than in the pictures. It is very well taken care, beds very comfortable and good WiFi. The location is a small village, with some nice restaurants. Parking was also possible at the house. I would definitely stay there again.
