Check in was annoying, the receptionist didn’t program the card key, I went back the 1st time to let her know, she didn’t do it right, the second time as I was going back to the office again, she was looking at me through the window, waiting until I was almost there, then she programmed it. (Husband stayed at the room door keep trying to unlock door). It was extremely annoying after a long drive. I felt she was laughing at us looking through the window seeing that we were having trouble unlocking door. Not staying there ever again. Room looked clean and bed was comfortable.
