Our second time staying here, terrific value, 3rd floor room has front and back communal balconies, where 2nd floor only opens onto the BBQ level. Third floor better.

The location is great and the room is comfortable but the double bed was not comfy at all.

We were upgraded to the room along the balcony and this was a nice big room with good clean bathroom and it was so nice to look out and step outside the sliding glass door to hear the birds on the terrace and to sit out in the common terrace eating area. Staff were helpful and the adjoining wood burning pizza restaurant is lovely.

We booked their basic room. It is clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Just feels a bit small especially since no sliding door like their upgraded room. There is a central area though set among a bit of a garden which is nice to sit at and enjoy breakfast or take-out at and there is a BBQ there as well. The staff especially the persons we met - one from Peru and one from SE Asia were very helpful.
