We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Alicante. The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and the city center, yet still quiet and relaxing. The apartment was spotless, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alicante!

We had an enjoyable summer holiday at this apartment with our family. It’s a great option for a family stay — comfortable and well-located. The beach and town center are both within walking distance, yet the area remains quiet and not too busy, which we really appreciated. The host was welcoming and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift. The apartment had reliable Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen, which made it easy to prepare meals when we chose to stay in. Having a Mercadona supermarket just a 4-minute walk away was really convenient, and there were plenty of restaurants and local attractions nearby. The bus stop with a direct connection to the airport was also just across the street, which was a big plus. A couple of small things could be improved — it would be helpful to have shower gel provided, and a few extra hooks in the bathroom for towels and clothes would make things more comfortable.

We had an excellent vacation here (couple + daughter). The apartment is well located in the centre of the city, only a 15 minute walk from the beach, and close to the many bars and restaurants, shops and supermarkets as well as the tram and train station. It's new and well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen and considerate details like beach chairs and parasols when you to visit the beach. We were well received at the front door and shown the apartment. It was clean and came with all expected furnishings and linen for everybody. What you see on the photos is what you get. Huge amounts of close space, well hidden in the walls (though a sad mixtures of hangers). The airco kept the inside nice and cool during the 35C heatwave and we had little street noise from a quiet street and good insulation.
