Lovely studio apartment with a large terrace in a great central location close to the old town and beach.

Reasonable size, roof top pool was good, Local to plenty of really good bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Close to tram stop (Mercado) to get to San Juan beach (Costa Blanca tram stop) (20 mins and cheap)

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and very close to the beach. It was very well supplied with all the essentials. The air conditioning was very easy to use. They had spacious laundry facilities which were included in the price. The staff were most helpful and very prompt to respond. My family enjoyed the swimming pool immensely and there were several sun loungers available by the pool.
