Good value for money relative to others in Alicante, which is expensive as a whole. Good view relative to others that just look at the wall of the building across the street. Full kitchen. Complementary water bottle, croissants, mini muffins and coffee pods. Owner said parking was €10/day, then kindly said since it was our first booking, it was free, which was very generous of them. Not too noisy despite being near a major road. 12min walk to the promenade. 11:30 check out.
