Fantastic south facing spacious property with beautiful sea views. Pleasant and friendly local neighbourhood with good access to local supermarkets. Lots of communal space including large lounge and balcony for 4 adults. Beautiful balcony. Two good sized bathrooms. Nice well equipped kitchen and utility area. Excellent & spacious large secure basement parking space.

Spacious, lovely apartment with large terrace facing a park and with see view. Gated and very secure. The basement parking was so convenient. The kitchen has everything needed for the stay. The owner left milk, water, biscuits, washing and dishwasher tablets... We loved the location just a short walk to the beach. Lovely buildings, supermarkets nearby. Bus and trum stops to the city centre nearby. We ended at a singing and flamenco siesta in the small place around the corner. There is an exceptional restaurant called Ajonegro a short walking distance.

We were self catering. Coffee and tea and cleaning products left which was good. Plenty of space and very clean. Good facilities.
