Security alarm, which includes 2 motion sensors, one of them located in the corridor and the second one in the cabin. The security system is used as a protection against squatters when no one is in the flat. If there are tourists in the flat, the security alarm is switched off. You can also close the motion sensor windows. Please open them before your departure, thank you.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great location, minutes from beach. We travelled as three women and felt the neighbourhood was very safe. Only about 15-20 minute walk from centre. Lovely bakery next door that did great value coffee and pastries. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms, it was simple but clean and had everything you needed. It was great value for money. Easy remote check in, responsive host. Stress free process. We would stay there again if visiting Alicante.

The location of the appartment is close to center , beach and bus stations. There is also free parking nearby is you cand find a spot. Easy to find it based on the instructions and easy to get in and out.

Great location. Just across the beach. Walking distance from city centre, Santa Barbara castle and other attractions. Well equiped kitchen and bathroom.
