Everything was great. Enough intimacy for 2 couples but with common area with kitchen and dining perfect for sharing breakfasts and dinners. Quiet area but in walkable distance from everything: beach, old city center, port, restaurants and train station to Sassari. You can even easily find a parking space in the surrounding area. Bonus for the host and co-host, very friendly and eager to help.

The apartment is very nice with 2 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, ideal for 2 couples. It was spacious and comfortable. The position is very good , just 10 minutes walk to the city center. There are 2 supermarkets in less than 250m.

A great apartment, spotlessly clean, very central and well equipped, including beach umbrellas and mats, and a Nespresso machine for the morning coffee. Marco is a super host, so helpful and kind. We can't wait to come back! Would highly recommend.

The host Marco is very kind, he allowed us to check-out at 8 pm. Thank you very much! Daniela, the lady who takes care of the apartment, is also very nice, she was very involved in giving us advice on places to visit, very good recommendations, thank you very much for the relaxing stay we had at Casa Rosada! The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family with 2 teenagers. Very clean, equipped with everything necessary, has 2 toilets, air conditioning in each room. Good location, close to the historic center, 10-15 minutes walk. As an advice for Marco, it is necessary to clean the air conditioning in the master bedroom, when it starts it has an unpleasant smell. Otherwise, everything was above expectations, it is a location that we recommend with all confidence!
