Olga “Perfect stay in the middle of Old Town with a great host”

I really enjoyed my stay at Avenida 12. The location was perfect - right in the middle of Old Town. I could walk everywhere! All the shops, cafes and restaurants were a few minutes away. The room was clean and modern, overlooking the square with beautiful buildings. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom a bit small but that wasn’t a problem for me. The host was amazing. Always replying promptly, provided recommendations for restaurants and beautiful beaches nearby. Sadly, there were issues with the TV (not because of the host’s fault, just affecting the area). Adriano came to look into it super quick and tried to resolve. There were lockers that you can use after your stay if your flight is late, which means I could fully enjoy a full day just before my flight. If I come back to Alghero, I will be staying at Avenida 12 again! Highly recommend. :)

Great location at the historic center, located at quiet street. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is newly renovated. It’s very clean. There is everything you need, including free umbrellas and beach mats. There is also a luggage storage. Self check in is very helpful when you arrive late at night. The owner really takes care of this place and you can feel it :)

The accommodation is easily accessible, located in the city center yet still quiet. The room is clean and perfect for a few days. Adriano’s hospitality adds an extra star!

The best room I've stayed in! It's not huge, but it's perfect for a solo traveler. The flat is located in the heart of Alghero, yet on a quiet street. It's just a 2-min walk to restaurants, bars, and the main cathedral, 4 mins to the embankment, and 5 mins to a bus stop with connections to the airport and suburbs.The room has everything you need: two sets of towels, bottled water, a TV, and air conditioning. In the hall, you'll also find beach rugs and umbrellas for your use, as well as wardrobes where you can leave your bags if your flight is much later than your checkout time. The host is very kind and attentive - he replies immediately and recommended a few great places to visit, including the best local beaches. I'll def come back!
