Communication was great, everything was prepared for our toddler too. The host provided us with some basic food and baverages at the beginning, we didnt have to run to the shop and buy water which was very convenient. Acommodation was clean, new and nice, they also have a very friendly neighbourhood. Access to Lido beach was like 3 minutes, to Maria Pia beach approx. 10minutes. It was a great stay!

very kind and helpful owners, could check in before the formal time. Lot of cleaning equipment and other amendeties were present (in case needed). They left some drinks and water in the fridge upon arrival. Very close to several beaches, restaurants etc. parking great because in front of aprtmnt. Take into account the parking spaces are small not suitable for larger cars but then again moving around in big cars in Alghero is not advised in general as you will not be able to park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Casada's house & would highly recommend it. Location perfect for both beach & Old Town. The house was fully equipped for all you would need & really well presented. We never stayed in a place that was so well equipped. The hosts were very friendly & extremely attentive. We would definitely stay in Casada's house again.

The property was the most well equipped holiday accommodation we have ever stayed at. Towels, beach mats, parasols, beach bags, cool bags etc were provided for guests use. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were snacks, tea, coffee and water provided as well. It's a very attractive apartment with two lovely terraces to sit outside in. The location is great; close to two different beaches (we preferred Maria Pia but went to both) The apartment is also a short bus ride into the Old town (10 mins or so) and a nice walk or cycle along the seafront (we were there in August so only did the walk in the evening due to the heat!) The pool in the apartment complex was also really lovely. The host that met us was very friendly and very helpful, the welcome pack had lots of useful information.
