Beautiful location, it was perfect for what we wanted as a base. As the castle was closed for renovations we had complete peace and quiet. When we booked we were unsure about whether the Interior would be big enough but were very pleasantly surprised by how spacious it felt. We would totally recommend it.

all furniture was to the period of the house, excellent quality of all white goods and utensils, the beds were very comfortable and plenty of blankets and extra pillows
