Second time to stay with Zafero and as always they are exceptional whether in the accommodation or the communication. Literally everything you need is there starting from towels, shampoo and bathroom amenities to tea, sugar and all kitchen amenities with Microwave, toaster oven and tea kettle and they are all brand new!! Extra blankets are there and the place is big and can easily fit from 8 to 9 people even. So for the 3 of us it was spacious! I liked how there are different light levels and switches in the bedrooms and living area/ dining area. Also many electrical outlets to charge your phone/ laptop and their locations are very convenient like beside the bed and couch. Also AC in every room which is a huge plus in the summer but not needed at this time of the year. The Internet was perfect and with high speed which was ideal for us when needed to work. The TV is smart, big and easy to operate! The beds and pillows were comfortable and the blankets were soft everything was basically new. The two bathrooms are amazing and the hot water heater is perfect and easy to work as well! Last but not least the view which was to die for at everytime of the day! The balcony is huge with 6 or 7 chairs and a table and big plastic rack to dry your clothes which was genius as having a metal one would rust and leave a mark on the clothes so this one was perfect! The location of the apartment is very ideal and in the center of Alexandria everything is around us whether you want to order in or go for a walk to buy anything and with the beach literally a few steps away! Don't worry about the noise even though the place is in downtown and front view of the sea the glass doors they have for the balcony and the windows for each room are noise proof and almost keep out all noises which was a huge plus! Thank you for the amazing stay and I hope to stay with you again!!

The location was perfect with an amazing view right on the Sea. Biiiiiiig apartment with good vibes. Comfortable beds. All facilities were available. Clean towels, tooth brush, soap, water, tea and coffee were provided upon arrival. I am a lonely female traveler and it was absolutely safe. I will definitely come back.
