The location is very nice, there is a mall next to the hotel, you can eat and do shopping there. The staff are very friendly and helpful, speccially Mr. Mahmoud, providing tremendous help with taxi booking and arrangements. Room is spacious and clean, a very nice stay in Alexandria.

I recently stayed at the Grand Plaza Hotel, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the cheerful and welcoming staff made me feel right at home. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always willing to assist with any request I had. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a lovely pool area and a cozy lounge where I could unwind. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes, which I appreciated. Overall, my stay at the Sunshine Hotel was fantastic. The combination of friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made it a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant getaway!
