Very dated hotel- lifts take forever to come, clean overall but with smell coming from bathroom. We had to phone twice for basic items such as towel change and toilet paper. Breakfast was not really varied. Not really a four-star rating. At least room was spacious and comfortable, and sea view from the room/ balcony made up for these shortcomings.

Nice Hotel in Alexandria with adorable view on the Mediterranean Sea located in san stefano district. The staff is professional, friendly and supportive as the check-in was completed as soon as we arrived, even two hours earlier than the original time. Sohor was good with many varieties of drinks and food also the dining area was clean. The room and bathroom was clean with amazing view on the sea. This time I got a free upgrade to sea view executive room Overall rating is 08/10.

Very nice hotel, great location, all places and restaurants are very close, as for the service it was top notch, from reception to room service to security. I am very happy with my stay at the hotel and I will definitely come back. I would like to thank the staff specially Madona for the welcome, care and respect.I would like to thanks Ahmed The Bellman , yasser and Tarek..changed my reservation and added four days in the hotel. I recommend staying in this hotel because the place is beautiful and the staff are respectful from the reception and respect. I would like to say that it is a very beautiful country.
