My stay in Plaza hotel is always wonderful. Of course, the location is amazing. Head receptionists, Mr Mahmoud Fathy and Ms Madonna are always welcoming and extremely nice, I would love to thank them for making my stay happy and comfortable. Also would like to thank Ms Marwa Mostafa from the Public Relations office, she is a very nice and caring person too. I am always pleased to stay in Plaza hotel.

Very dated hotel- lifts take forever to come, clean overall but with smell coming from bathroom. We had to phone twice for basic items such as towel change and toilet paper. Breakfast was not really varied. Not really a four-star rating. At least room was spacious and comfortable, and sea view from the room/ balcony made up for these shortcomings.
