Location and the private beach for only the residents of the hotel.Our pool front for the room was the best, for kids to be able to swim and play whenever they feel like it. And to be able to order food everywhere whether pool side or beach side is very comforting.

Right from the start, reception was very cooperative. Upgraded our room, provided quick check-in. Hisham was very hospitable and accommodating. The food was very good and has good variety. Housekeeping was very professional and cleaned room thoroughly, secial thanks to Hanan. Pools were amazing and beach was private. Overall, stay was excellent
