Everything in the hotel is perfect, Once we arrived and checked in they upgraded our room to suit ❤️❤️ it was very comfortable and lovely. The breakfast is very delicious and the products used is very high. There's a service, we can order food or drinks in the room anytime, also the food was very delicious 😋 . I loved the stay, the hotel, the service and everything 🥰😍

I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, everything exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms and public areas was impeccable, the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the overall comfort made it feel like a home away from home. What truly made my experience exceptional, however, was the incredible hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Farida and Marwa at the reception – both were extremely helpful, courteous, and efficient when it came to handling my reservation. Their warm welcome and attention to detail left a lasting impression, and they truly set the tone for a perfect stay. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service provided by Marwa and Farida at the reception. They are, without a doubt, the most outstanding reservation staff I have ever encountered. Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication were remarkable, and they are a true credit to the hotel — and to any organization fortunate enough to have them. They are the very definition of “lead by example”, setting a high standard in customer service through their attitude and actions. I genuinely believe they represent everything that is right in the hospitality industry. I sincerely hope more hotels follow the example set by this establishment. With employees like Marwa and Farida, the guest experience is elevated to an entirely different level. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to Adel from the housekeeping team for keeping the room spotless and well-prepared each day, and to Mahmoud Barakat, the floor supervisor, for ensuring everything ran smoothly and maintaining high standards throughout my stay.
