Great room with a view of sea. It was such a pleasant surprise to run into Yvonne at the front desk—the same Yvonne who introduces the hotel in such a humorous way on Rednote. Since we had an early flight, the staff thoughtfully arranged for breakfast to be ready before 4:30 a.m., so we could bring it to the airport. This thoughtful service left a very warm impression.

The hotel is located centrally in Alesund - very convenient for all the sites and restaurants. The hotel is very smart inside. The breakfast room/restaurant has great views across the harbour. The breakfast was superb - a great choice of good food. The bed was very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and the room was a very good size.

Great location and amazing view from our room (359). Staff very friendly, welcoming and helpful, especially Yvonne (receptio) and Tatiana (bar). We arrived a day late because our flight was cancelled and we had to cancel my husband's birthday meal too as a result. Tatian appeared with a chocolate dessert for him from the kitchen - a lovely touch, thank you again!
