New and comfortable. Very clean. Perfect bed with clean and fresh sheets. Private parking. Very silent at night. Perfect air conditioning. Kitchen with fridge and induction cooking deck. Bathroom not very large but works absolutely fine. I would recommend this structure without doubts

Clean, basic, but did the job, which was a 1 night stay, arriving at 23.30 and leaving around 9am.
