The guest house is situated in a lovely location and very handy of the things I needed. My room spacious and comfortable and breakfast each day was delicious and satisfying.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfasts were made to order and great quality. The location was good - very quiet, but easy to get into Aldeburgh and an easy drive to Suton Hoo.

Location was good for aldeburgh, snapes maltings and Southwold. Trial was clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast
