Philip “Perfect property in a quiet location away from but within easy reach of the shore and town centre”

Perfect property for our out of season break on the Suffolk coast. A modern well-equipped house located in a quiet location with all the facilities and amenities we required. Enclosed rear garden was perfect for our dog. Although not located by the shore or in the town centre they are in walking distance - or at the time of year we visited (November) there was always plenty of free parking to be found. The footpath to Thorpeness runs alongside the small development on which the property is located with other footpaths heading both to the shore or inland running off of it - so plenty of walking straight from the front door.

Location good No welcome pack apart from tea and coffee but no milk. In view of cost of property I felt more should be there

Everything was excellent, so clean and. great location - 15 min walk from the centre and plenty of parking. The house was immaculate and well equipped
