This was a fabulous, well equipped villa and ideal for our family and grandson. Rooms were spacious and clean and the pool was excellent. Communcation was excellent throughout.

We’ve recently returned from the most incredible week at this beautiful villa in Alcudia, Majorca, and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was immaculate, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a family stay. Our two young boys absolutely loved the pool, which quickly became the highlight of the holiday, while we relaxed in the sunshine. The thoughtful touches throughout made it feel like a true home away from home — from the bowl of fresh fruit and sweets waiting for the children to the cozy living space and wonderfully comfortable bedrooms. The location couldn’t have been better. Peacefully tucked away, yet just a short walk from restaurants, shops, and the beach, it also offered easy access to Port d’Alcudia with its breathtaking beach, boat trips, jet skis, shopping, and excellent dining. It truly gave us the best of both worlds: tranquility and convenience. What made the stay truly unforgettable was how effortless everything felt. Rosa was absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and always quick to help with any questions — and her husband, who tended the pool and garden during the week, was just as friendly, as was her daughter who we met on out last day. It’s clear they take immense pride in the villa, and it shows in every detail. Our family holiday here was simply perfect: lazy mornings by the pool, afternoons exploring the island, and evenings enjoying meals together. Our boys didn’t want to leave, and to be honest, neither did we. If you’re looking for a family-friendly, relaxing, and luxurious stay in Majorca, this villa in Alcudia is a real gem. We’re already dreaming about when we can return!

We loved the lay out of the house with 2 patios giving shade to lounge by the pool. 3 double rooms all with Air conditioning, comfortable beds; lounge also has air conditioning and large French windows for a lovely view onto the pool and a high quality 4K hi-res TV with various streaming services; one en suite, one bathroom, kitchen fully kitted out with oven, hob, sinks, fridge, freezer, microwave, table, crockery and cutlery enough for a family of 6. Other amenities include: soap, hair dyers, BBQ outside, 4 bicycles free to use, some novels in English (and Spanish), bedside tables, free wifi, 2 comfortable sofas 2 indoor dining tables and 1 outdoor dining table, 10 loungers for relaxing by the pool, a double hammock, and a patch of grass at the back. When we arrived there was some drinking water cooling in the fridge for us, which was a great help! It is a short walk (about 5 minutes) to the beautiful beach of Alcudia with stunning white sand and turquoise water, beach cafes, and restaurants along the water front. There is a Spar shop just round the corner (about 3 minutes walk) and a Lidl supermarket (about 11 minutes walk), as well as several restaurants in the area. Hidropark, 'a really refreshing day out' is a fun waterpark with slides, wave pool, pool bar and more, about 25 minutes walk away. Tobogan is a restaurant/bar/pool/waterslide about 10 minutes walk away. In about 25 minutes walk you can get to the port where there are more bars, restaurants, ice cream parlours and shops. Felt very safe. A nice quiet neighbourhood. There are some hotels nearby which sometimes have music in the evenings, but once inside the house, I couldn't hear it. Plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and activities with in walking distance. The owner, the lovely Rosa, stays just 10 minutes walk away and is always very helpful and responsive to any questions, or requests for help.

We had a wonderful stay at Ca Na Rosa, everything either met or exceeded our expectations. The villa and gardens are well kept and to a very high standard. Both inside and outside the villa was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was well equipped and although we struggled to use the oven at first, the owners were very quick to respond and tell us how! The pool is beautiful and surrounded by seating areas which meant we could all be together to play games, eat, swim and sunbathe. The property came with 4 bikes which we used most days to explore the area or simply gather groceries. The beach is a very short walk and from there is a lovely beachside walk to the port for evening meals or drinks. The communication with the host was easy and smooth from booking to checking in and then to us checking out. Rosa and her daughter were very helpful, even accommodating our very early departure time! A lovely bowl of fresh fruit was a welcome arrival gift too. The villa is in a quiet residential area yet is close to all the amenities and has excellent transport links to other areas to explore and the airport is only one bus ride away. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed are stay at Ca Na Rosa and would definitely return. I wish we could take the villa with us to all our future holidays!
