Owner was lovely and very helpful. The room was comfortable and roomy with a good little kitchenette, updated split system that heated the room really well, a big wall mounted TV and a lounge that was great for our bags. The bathroom was dated but everything worked fine and the hot water was great. The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The location was close to town and the room was secure with a digital lock that automatically locked the door after a few seconds. Check in and check out were easy and stress free- thank you for a great stay! We had traveled for a funeral so appreciated the hospitality, especially the early check in which let us rest after our long drive over.

Very good value for money, nice quiet location on the old highway and close (driving distance) to Springdale Heights shopping centre (IGA supermarket, take-away outlets and a pub). I've stayed there before and probably will again, although it may be a bit "rustic" for some people's taste, but it's perfect for me.
