All staff were mostly friendly and approachable, no change there, they always are. Check in was done in a couple of minutes and the view from the room was nice. Overall in the time we were there it was mostly positive

Location is exceptional! Very clean & staff were very friendly & helpful. Room service daily! Everything is within walking distance, shops, bars & restaurants, even the stop for the Tourist Train & Taxis, if needed. The portugese people are also so helpful & friendly.
