Good location and clean apartment but staff on reception phone is not good very bad behave ,talking very bad not give help 1h above I’m waiting outside with my family lots time call for check in but every time said wait outside mention staff only women’s on phone is not good I request deluxe oldtown umbral owner change women who attend phone she not knowing how talk customer
