Please note that cleaning is made every 8 days.Parking will be charged during the period from 1st June to 30th September with a daily cost of EUR 10. The remaining months are free. Parking has to be booked in advance and the cost of the parking is payable at check in with cash.Please note that late check-in has the following surcharges:
- EUR 25 from 20:00 to 22:00;
- EUR 40 from 22:00 to 24:00;
- EUR 60 after 00:00 to 02:00;
- EUR 80 after 02:00 to 04:00;Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The apartment was very clean with excellent facilities and the location was perfect. Right at the beach with an amazing view with many restaurants/shops on your doorstep. Also more bars/restaurants a short 2 minute walk away and I was able to get an uber for €4 to get into the old town. Will definitely rebook for my next trip to Portugal!

Seen the reviews about this little gem of a place and they was very good so I had to try it for myself and we wasn't disappointed 1 bit. Exceptional place to stay right on the beach, 10 minutes from old town 5 minutes from new town, bars along the beach that serve great food, stunning little cafe next door to the entrance that serve fantastic drinks and food I have already booked for end of June this year fantastic place to stay the apartment was very clean and big perfect for a party of 4, my mum and stepdad really enjoyed it too we come for a chilled holiday and this was the perfect spot for that. 5* absolutely stunning

Fantastic location, I think this property has recently been renovated as it was much more modern than the photos. It was really really nice inside with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for our group of 5. Central location to the strip and only 7€ in a taxi to the old town. Right in front of the beautiful beach with plenty of restaurants just steps away. Our hosts were very welcoming and where available for any questions and where flexible with check in and check out times. Excellent WiFi is also available free of charge. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay would definitely stay again. Thank you!!
