Please note that when booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.In the One-Bedroom Apartment and Three-Bedroom Apartment the cleaning service will be arranged with the host upon arrival, maximum twice a week.Please note that for the One Bedroom Apartment and Three Bedroom Apartment a security deposit is required upon arrival. The deposit will be paid in cash and will be fully refunded in cash at check-out, subject to an inspection of the accommodation. The deposit amount is €150 for the One-Bedroom Apartment and €300 for the Three-Bedroom Apartment.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

The guesthouse was in the perfect location for us . The staff were really friendly & helpful while we were staying . The room was perfect just what we needed. We will stay here again for sure when visting Albuferia again.

My experience was great! We were welcomed by Oksana ( very lovely person) She offered some snack and drink after our long travel. It was really cute :-) She explained everything and also gave us a lot of information about the place and some recommendations what is worth to see. Our room was spotless and the whole house was stunning and smelled really nice and fresh. Thank you very much!

Andreia was very welcoming and the cleaning staff did everything to accommodate us. Even though check in isn’t until 4pm, we arrived at 11 to drop our bags off and were given the go ahead with the room at around 1pm. Bear in mind we visited in March (off season). The only down side was the shower water was cold ( I believe this was due to the ongoing pipe works) , so again nothing the staff could do about. 2minute walk into old town as well as the beach. Very welcoming and nothing troubled us

The hospitality of the host was great. Property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were huge! Location is very convenient. The pool area is nice, great and reasonably priced breakfast.

It is central and close by the sea. The owner was welcoming and very helpful at recommending restaurants nearby. We had a spacious room and communication with the owner was excellent 🙌
