Please note that New Year's parties are not allowed in the apartments or any area of the complex.Please note that breakfast and/or Half Board can be served at Alfagar Aparthotel's restaurant which is part of Alfagar Group and situated in another building outside of Alto da Colina main site.Guests wishing to purchase meals along with their reservation should specify on which days they desire to book them. This request can be made through the Special Requests box, when booking. Please note that the splash pool is open from May to October. Please note that the water slides for children have a seasonal operation and are closed between 1st November and 31st March. The opening of the water slides takes place during the month of April, with no exact date specified. The availability of this facility is also subject to weather conditions.Please note that the safety deposit box is available for a surcharge.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.

Clean rooms and great facilities. They let my two sons use the astro each day to play football. As it was off-season the outdoor pools were closed. The one covered outdoor pool was open but it was freezing. The indoor pool was small, deep but fine.

Our first stay here and won't be out last. Very family friendly and such a well run facility. The room had everything we needed and was cleaned most days. We loved that there was such a vast selection of pools and we moved around daily to various pools. We visited end of March so was not too busy and there was available sunbeds at all times. We tried the Bouganvillia restaurant which was reasonable and the best burger I've had in ages. Kids loved the entertainment reps and were off playing football and the games everyday.

The territory is enormous and there are a lot of things for kids to do, aqua park, inside pool, outside pools, children park. Rooms are big and comfortable, balconies are also big. Inside there are a lot of kitchen appliances, so you can prepare whatever meal you would like. Breakfasts are good with a wide choice of food.

Great location and very family-friendly. The resort grounds are well-maintained, and it's a good base for exploring the Algarve region.
