Apartment (203) was spacious, clean and bright. It has everything you need to live there so it was perfect. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a pull out sofa in lounge area. You can connect to Netflix if you have a subscription but plenty of channels if you don’t. There is an iron and board, loads of storage space for belongings, a hairdryer (deserves a mention because I always wonder if there will be one), shower has brilliant hot water and pressure. Peaceful and nice views. Pool decent but floor of pool needs some work. Huge shopping complex just over the road like a huge Tesco with a food hall on the 2nd floor. McDs over the main road if that’s your thing. Beach a 15 min walk (took me a little longer due to ankle injury and crutches). Just for info, the main door needs the key to click a little more to the left (anti clockwise) to open-you will feel a little resistance. Overall, I loved it, it was perfect for me. Host was really accommodating and was so prompt and helpful with any questions I had.

Great location, close to all amenities in the new town. On a quiet street, with a superb view from the balcony over a wooded valley and the sea. A roomy apartment with everything we needed . . . but, to be honest, it felt "tired" and in need of freshening up. The kitchen equipment was all there, but consisted of a collection of different shapes and sizes - knives, forks, plates etc. One of the 4 dining chairs was unsafe to use as it would have split into two with the least pressure. The balcony door didn't lock and on one side the curtain could not be moved from it's half-closed position. I could say more about the bathroom and bedroom, but the strange thing is that we enjoyed our 3 week stay and would consider staying there again! It is frustrating to give this kind of review to such a lovely and well placed flat. With a little effort, and for small cost, all these fairly minor things could be fixed and we would award a rating of 10.

The apartment was in a great quiet location, very spacious and had all that I needed for my stay. The balcony got sunshine from early morning to the evening and had sea views. Everything is realitive to price and for the price it was great value and I would use it again.
