If I could give more than 10, I absolutely would. I travelled to Brighton to support my goddaughter for marathon and booked this beautiful studio for myself, but ended up coming with my daughter’s friend as well. From the moment I arrived, Charlie was a true gentleman, very friendly, welcoming, and happy to accommodate us both even though I had originally booked for one person. The studio is stunning and finished to a very high standard, like a five-star hotel, but it feels warm and homely at the same time. It has everything you could need a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, cooker, oven, and even thoughtful extras like olive oil, salt, pepper, tea, coffee, and milk. Charlie also took the time to show me how everything worked, including adjusting the temperature. It’s very quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. The parking was a big bonus, and the location is perfect, just a short 5-minute drive to a lovely village with everything you might need. I also enjoyed visiting many beautiful places in the surrounding area.

This is a great place to stay and Charlie was a perfect host. The Annexe is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you need. The kitchen has everything you need should you decide to eat in, the bed is comfortable, nice seating area looking out into the garden, while use of the garden is a nice bonus. Albourne is a quiet village but a great location to explore Sussex. You can drive into Brighton easily but we parked in Hassocks to get the train as it’s only a few minutes away so easier than driving into Brighton. Next time we are in Sussex we will definitely look to stay at the Amnexe
