Very clean hotel with, friendly staff. Although not on the seafront, the location was good.

Room at front of hotel was noisy when late guests arriving back. Very warm too and ended up opening window which was then slightly worse in the morning. Breakfast was adequate. Staff helpful. Location excellent. Wouldn't deter us staying again.
