A beautiful hotel that is very clean and well maintained throughout. The quadruple room is an excellent size for a family of four, offering plenty of comfort and space. The owner is highly responsive, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The location is also excellent, making it easy to explore nearby towns if you have a rental car. Parking is ample and conveniently shaded. I would have loved to give this property a perfect 10. However, unless the issue with the water heating system is resolved, I would unfortunately not return or recommend it to friends, which is a pity considering everything else..

Nice breakfast, friendly staff, beutiful landscape. Stylish furniture, clean appartment. Luciano the landlord is super friendly and caring. He even brought us home made limoncello :-) We arrived late but it was easy to get in with the key locker and exact description of the amendment.

The property was in a good location, and was very comfortable and quiet. We had a smooth check-in with the help of Luciano and an excellent breakfast was provided.

We spent three nights at Trulli Nuova Aia Resort and had a wonderful stay. The estate is beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by the countryside of the Itria Valley, which makes it a perfect place to relax after visiting nearby towns like Alberobello. Staying in a trullo made the experience even more special and unique. The owner was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt genuinely welcomed. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with fresh products and a very pleasant atmosphere to start the day. The property itself is well-maintained and offers a calm, rural setting that feels very authentic to Puglia.
