The location was great, close to town but far enough that there wasn't a heap of traffic. Really pleasant. The Apartment was clean & comfortable enough for Us & our 2 Young Kids. We only stayed the one night on our way through Albany but would be happy to spend a number of Days there. The information & subsequent phone call from the owner to gain access upon arrival was excellent & we settled straight in.

Just too many failings to give a good report. First impression was “this is nice” quickly followed by “why does it smell like a curry house?” It just felt dirty - everywhere. Eg glass table-top still smeared with something. Cooktop also not cleaned properly. A missing cupboard door, odd furniture from the verge collection, mismatched crockery, jammed sliding door. Just not good enough. I stayed at a ‘Flag Inn’ motel in a small country town the following night and the amenities supplied were so much better. If you’re going to advertise WiFi MAKE SURE IT WORKS. Guests have been complaining about this for 4 years. The owners really need to stay at some similar short-stay accommodation to see what is expected these days. Oh, and the rattling AC and the bathroom sink that doesn’t drain. So much potential let down by tight rs owners.

The property is located close to the town centre and within walking distance to shops, restaurants and more. The apartment was perfect - it was clean, had all the amenities needed like kitchen appliances and a washing machine, everything was new-ish, the beds were comfortable and the staff were friendly. Self check in and out makes it super convenient too!

The apartment is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the town centre, and the Vancouver Street Cafe. The apartment is a good size for two couples, we travelled with my elderly parents. We found the apartment easily and all communication for access was done well. The apartment was neat, and the furnishings were well presented. The apartment was clean and tidy.
