The friendly mature staff who realised we were very tired on arrival and made the check in smoothly. Bruno clearly explained things and upgraded us to a spacious comfortable room. This was a superb hotel experience with attention to detail and a cosy bar included.

Very convenient location a short walk from the centre and secure underground parking with direct access by lift to/from reception. Room very spacious as was bathroom with lovely shower. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful and all spoke excellent English.
