This is an extraordinary atmospheric guesthouse with incredible views of the rugged mountains to the North . It is well situated on a quiet lane between shops , walking distance away on one side and the monastery on the other . It is an absolute must for all those seeking the quintessential Armenian way of life .

Where do I start? This is one of those special places that will stay with me forever. Run by the kindest person I met during my trip to Armenia; always willing to help, offer suggestions, and even went so far as to bring me fresh eggs and cheese from the neighbors. The design is truly out of this world. I felt like I’d stepped into a novel, surrounded by beautiful antiques and artwork. I could have spent my entire stay just soaking up the atmosphere. Its proximity to Sanahin Monastery was perfect, and the views from every room are breathtaking. Not just the best guesthouse in Alaverdi, possibly the best in all of Armenia. I can’t wait to return.

The communication was amazing! Before, during and after the booking they were always following up. Thw hous is smth amazing: you want to explore every corner. It gives the feeling of a movie! The breakfast was soooo good. God bless this plase and hosts!
