My mum and I really needed a break following the pandemic and Michell Hotel did not disappoint! The rooms are clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. The reception staff solved our WiFi issues and helped us with transport to and from the airport. The staff are the nicest I have ever met on holiday! Dr. Shisha (Yucel) is the sweetest person and we will definitely be going back to the hotel because of him. He and Ibrahim in the gift shop had great local and historical knowledge, helped us to enjoy Shisha for the first time and had life saving sunblock. The hospitality and facilities staff Mehmet Kilic, Ibrahim, Ismail, Soner and Gökhan ölürdönmez (Turkish Ronaldo) are very accommodating. Super friendly I had to take their names to ensure I mentioned them. The all-inclusive food was AMAZING. A wonderful selection of traditional and continental delights. The drinks flowee and after 1 day the hospitality staff remembered our favourites. The pool area and entertainment was also great. Clean and enough room for everyone. There was no need to wake up at 7am just to reserve a spot! Our stay at the Michell was definitely in our top 10 holidays!

Reception, staff, cuisine, amazingly clean and quiet enough for this type of hotel. Soundproofing is very good.

The entertainment was really good. The Animations team were great. Food was excellent every day! Spa was good! Brilliant view of the sea from the room. All inclusive drinks were okay.

Everything! Fantastic hotel: everywhere clean, delicious food, great staff, fun entertainment. Special mention for the spa receptionist and therapist who made my birthday treat extra special. Beach barman , Ugur, was super fun and friendly and Hassan on the beach absolutely made our holiday with his friendly banter and exceptional service. Have already recommended the hotel to friends and will continue doing so. Hope to make a return visit next year. Thank you.
