Staff were all great. Helpful and courteous. Much appreciated. Clean and well furnished rooms and property in general. Shops very near, Lulu is just across the parking lot. My new favorite stop on my frequent trips from Saudi to Dubai and Oman.

The staffs are so accommodating, especially Kezon. They offered us an upgrade because it was our first time at the hotel. Excellent upgrade from regular studio room to a studio room with balcony. They also allowed us to check-in early because we arrived 2 hours before the schedule. The place is not crowded. Complete with the essentials. We really did enjoy our stay. Hope to come back soon.
