It was a wonderful experience that will definitely be repeated. I thank the hotel management and reception for their good treatment. The hotel is distinguished by its proximity to Dhahran Mall, and the cleanliness in the hotel is evident.

Overall, the staff, facility, and location are good. Room size and toilet size are quite small. The bed and pillows need improvement.

We booked 3 rooms, but they gave us a free upgrade of 4 rooms with breakfast. They gave us an early check in of 7am. Staff very friendly; if you call reception for something, they bring it immediately. Manager Ahmed helped us a lot, rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast was good. I thank all the staff, Abdulaziz, Mohammed, Ala, Ibrahim, and the cleaning staff. Really was worth the money.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with ample parking and conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent, offering a great start to the day. The gym was well-equipped, and the swimming pool was a wonderful bonus that added to the experience.
