Most of the staff were responsive: the gentleman at the front desk provided us with additional towels when we asked, in addition to toothbrush kits, even though we didn't ask for them. He also fixed the heat in our room.

nice stay, quite and spacious room. Only, there is no complimentary tooth brush/paste in the shower room and tv remote control is not available for the 2nd time i checked in the hotel.

Beds were pretty comfortable, lots of space in the room, it was clean and they provided toiletries. It wasn't too loud. The tea and coffee on offer was basic but there was water.
