Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere, great staff and receptionists, and easy check-in and check-out. In fact, I checked out a little late, but they did not stress me over it. They sent reminders by WhatsApp instead of calling, and I liked that. Very clean room. Breakfast was just right, and sent inside room.

Parking was available. Room was spacious and comfortable beds. All amenities were provided. Room was prepared well before check-in.

The receptionist Mr. Ahmad reached out to us past 5pm to check if we need assistance going to the hotel, which is very kind of him.
