Great Rooms with attention to detail. Fantastic team. Owner Mr. Mohamed personally followed for making the stay comfortable. Mr. Saif and Samuel were great as well. Worthy stay for sure will come back as well.

The location is just right, walking distance from Nizwa fort and without any hassle of parking. The caretaker are good and welcoming, great property.

The property is situated in the old town and truly gives you a feel like you have moved back centuries but the facilities and amenities are according to modern age. The staff is very helpful and you cant find a property better than this in Nizwa.
