Amazing place to stay in Nizwa! Great location and the room is spacious and clean - large bathroom with everything you need. The roof terrace is amazing - with panoramic views of the city. The staff are responsive and super helpful. It was a wonderful stay and would recommend to everyone!

Lovely stay in the heart of historic Nizwa. The hotel is simple yet sumptuous amidst the rubbles of the surrounding buildings. The location is ideal, although the parking can be quite a challenge depending on the instructions provided.

The place is absolutely magical, the location is perfect in a center of Nizwa with amazing roof top view of the whole city to enjoy the sunsets which are breath taking, a lot of options for food around. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Our stay was very nice, it was very cool experience to sleep in such historic building. Our room had no windows which was part of the adventure. There is also amazing rooftop with 360 view where we watched sunset. Adnan Is very helpful and will answer all of your questions, we also needed help to park and he kindly came out to guide us the way.

It is a beautiful new hotel in original Omani style in the centre of Nizwa. Rooms are spacious, omani breakfast is simple but delicious. It is served in a restaurant 1 min walk from the hotel. The roof terrace offers great views over the city incl the Nizwa Fort - sunset is magnificent! The team - under the leadershi of Adnan is super friendly and supportive!

Adnan was a great host meeting, communicating well by WhatsApp so that he could guide us to the hotel's parking space and then attentive to our every need. Every member of the team was very welcoming.The building is historic and beautiful and Adnan explained the many spaces in the building, as well as guiding you to the roof terrace with the lovely view across old Nizwa. Guest rooms were cleverly configured within the historic structure, including a super comfy bed. A traditional Omani breakfast was provided at a nearby café a short walk away on a lovely rooftop terrace. Magical and really special.
