The building itself is such a beautiful building. From outside and from the inside. It is located in a prime location within the city. Easy to find, easy to reach, easy to park, smooth check-in, fantastic luggage handling, clean hotel, spacious rooms, generous amenities, marble toilets, and very clean too. Every thing work properly, tv, air condition, lights, etc.. pick up the phone and call any department in the hotel, and they will answer promptly, and they are very comptent and efficient. It is very quiet inside the room, which could be an indication of heavy investment in sound insulation. Haven't tried their food, so I can't judge.

Excellent comfortable Hotel. Very professional nice helpful staff especially the Saudi Staff at the Hotel Reception. Nice nearby Location to all cities in AlQassim Region. Clean rooms and Very good Breakfast and excellent business centre. Parking always available. Staff were very cooperative to allow for Late checkout.
