Jewel Howard Carter hotel was everything that I needed even though the airport is around half hour drive. Muhammed pick me up from the airport & took me straight to the hotel, organised by Motaz the manager very nice guy, & also Hussain who both went above & beyond to cater for my needs or wants. Its a beautiful welcome sanctuary after travelling many hours & had a late swim in the pool & in the morning before leaving. It's so very peaceful apart from the TV across the roadbut it wasn't on much or too late. Azza on reception again so very lovely that she helped me find out train times with ease. Highly recommend 👌

Everything was really good with the hotel. Staff was really helpful. My friend got sick but the beautiful girl on the reception helped us instantly. She was really kind. I dont know how do you write his name but Halid or Ahlid was our best friend literally. We will miss you <3

Friendly welcoming staff. The food was delicious & mostly grown in their own organic garden The staff can arrange trips Taxi or Tuk Tuk 👍 Fabulous job keep up the good work & vibes

Very friendly staff and helpful to any request. The hotel is on the west bank of Nile, away from the noise of Luxor city. You feel you are in a village which we really liked. Hotel can arrange taxis or tuc tuc for your mobility with arranged prices. A ferry boat will take you to the other side of the river in very frequent service. There are some options to eat around or to the hotel which prices are on the expensive side always comparing to local prices. Room was generally ok and comfortable.
