We had booked a Deluxe suite and were upgraded into a brand new room in the new aisle upon arrival. The room was superb but what could have been an incredible experience turned out to be somehow disappointing as there were a few structural issues with these new rooms. The staff was very kind to try to help us as they could, but unfortunately it ended up being more stressful than relaxing. + : good breakfast, amazing beds, the jeep safari

Everything about the place gives you a break from stressed life.. Staff were super helpful always trying their best .. Special thanks to Mohamed Salah who took us for the premise orientation and helped us with safari booking.. Sure would like to repeat the experience...
