Everything was very clean. The view was ace, especially stargazing without the city lights. Staff were very kind, attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. The campfire at night was awesome. What an unforgettable stay

An amazing experience, awesome plunge pool - definetely worth the upgrade! It's a bit of a drive from where google maps shows you the hotel is but that in fact makes it better by being more secluded. Awesome staff and amenities - catering to all needs. Even offered to set up a camp fire for us.

The food is fabulous, you can eat in the restaurant/activity hub or they will deliver your food to your tent. The taste is very good, the portion is generous, we love it.

It was very clean, quite, comfortable, GREAT BREAKFAST, staff was extremly nice and cooperative, rooms (tents) were really big. They had a fridge and water heater. It was remote and peaceful. You can light a fire and have some evening time by the fire. The bathrooms are seperate from the tent but very clean, big and plenty of them. It's located in the national park, so don't worry it there are gates infront. Also road to the tents is quite good, we came all the way to the Heritage tents with Kia Picanto.
