The Filipina at the reception was nice as well as the lobby attendant, we are very comportable...thanks for the room upgrade. It is also close to the mall...we enjoyed it.

Ayla Grand Hotel was in a great location Accessible for Taxis and the shopping mall The staff were very friendly and helpful The Hotel was beautiful and luxurious Clean and had such a good atmosphere Breakfast had a good variety of foods The swimming pool was warm being on the 6th floor it had a beautiful view of Al ain Will definitely book here again
